To maintain a relaxing experience for all clients, we kindly ask that you respect the following policy.
No Extra Guests
Please come to your appointment alone. Our space is limited and designed to provide a calm environment.
No Children
For safety and comfort, children are not permitted unless they are currently being serviced.
No Pets
We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping us keep our salon a peaceful, high quality experience for everyone.

Right to Refuse Policy
Our establishment has the right to refuse service to anyone who is under the influence of alcohol or drugs, behaves inappropriately with our staff, or compose a threat to our business.
No Refund Policy
If you are unhappy with your service, we will gladly work with you to fix it, but due to the nature of the services, we do not offer refunds. All sales are final and non-transferable.
Deposit-Based Policy

When booking an appointment at our salon, a deposit of 15% of the service cost is required to secure your slot. This deposit is non-refundable in the event of a cancellation less than 24 hours of the appointment time or in the case of a no-show. The deposit will be deducted from the total service cost upon completion of your appointment. This policy is in place to ensure that we can continue offering the best possible service and availability to all our clients.
Cancellation Policy

To ensure optimal service and availability for all our clients, we kindly request that you provide us with a minimum of 24 hours notice for any appointment cancellations. If a cancellation is made with less than 24 hours notice, a cancellation fee of 15% of the scheduled service price will be charged to your account. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in allowing us to efficiently manage our schedule and accommodate every client.
Lateness Policy

Late appointments will only be given 15 minutes after their scheduled time to show, after the 15 minutes is up you will be marked as a No-Show. Please see the No-Show policy above. We must enforce these policies so we can be respectful of the next client’s appointment. We understand traffic can be a nightmare so please make sure you give yourself plenty of time to get to our salon.
No-Show Policy

Failure to cancel your appointment will result in a NO-SHOW which financially hurts your stylist/ barber’s income for the day. A 24 hour notice gives us the ability to fill that appointment time with another client.
After a 2nd No-show – to book your appointment You will be charged 50% of the service value to guarantee your stylist will be paid for her/ his time in case you have another No-show. You will be charged 75% of the service value for any no-show thereafter.
